Dear Lexington Faculty, Staff and Families:  (  Click here for the ASL video.)
The Board of Trustees would like to share an important update with you.  As you know, we understand how essential and necessary a solid transition plan is to ensure the continued success of the Lexington organization.
In our last email to you, we mentioned that we would also be looking for an Interim CEO/Superintendent for the 2024-2025 academic year, while we continue our search with Innivee Strategies for a permanent CEO/Superintendent.  We are pleased to inform you that Seth Bravin has accepted our offer to step in as Interim CEO/Superintendent, effective July 29th, 2024.  Seth has a long, rich history with Lexington, from alum to board member.  He is excited to be joining Lexington in this new role.  Seth will work with the Interim Leadership team which will give him the opportunity to settle in.  Seth remains committed to the work that Lexington has started, to continue with our strategic plan, and to work with the School Improvement Planning committee to keep up with our accreditations.
We are grateful for the Interim Leadership Team of Jane Moran, Adele Agin, Patricia Schoenfeld and Maria Noto who have willingly taken on additional leadership responsibilities, and we are confident in their abilities to assist Seth as he and the team guide Lexington through the next year.
Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Seth Bravin!!
On the behalf of the Board of Trustees, we thank you for your patience and flexibility as we move forward with the Search process as well as the interim plan. We all are committed to Lexington's Vision and Purpose.
Thank you.
Board Co-Presidents,
Suzanne Chen & Dr. Kim Kurz
