Animated Series Looking to Improve How They Provide ASL

PBS KIDS and Bridge Multimedia are exploring ways to better provide ASL for young Deaf children in animated series. They are looking for 4-9 year old children who use American Sign Language. If you are interested, you can read more to find details and links.

** Please note the Lexington School for the Deaf is not involved in the project and has no position on whether the parents should or should not participate.

In each session, children will watch two 11-minute episodes of a PBS KIDS show and answer questions about the show. An adult must be present with the child to assist as needed and the camera must be turned on.
If your child is interested in participating, please follow this registration link to sign up. For more information contact Wendy Sapp, Ph.D., wsapp@bridgemultimedia.com.
